The trek's first and only two days!
The ride up to "base camp" in the van and the crazy monastery near the top of the mountain. Unfortunately we were climbing up the other side which was waaaaaay steeper! The two men are our guide and driver setting up a tent. The cook, damn him, is off camera but there are some nice pictures of the brown water he served us in the next post!!!
